Despite its unique concept, the Delphis range has been created for everydayt use. MAde in one piece, forged blades are combined with modern ergonomic handles to give balance and strength.
Its handle is made in POM, a resistant antislip material. It is not recommended to use a dishwasher to wash your knives. It inevitably spoils your knives, in the same way as it affects your glass or chinaware. If you care for your knives, spare them this nasty treatment as often as possible.
Forged in the traditional of French cutlery, the blade are made from high carbon molybdenum stainless steel giving the Delphis range both high performance and durability.
The slightly rounded design of the Delphis range is a result of special research. The knives fit perfectly into the curve of the hand thus enhancing comfort whilst cutting.
